Getting Started with AmarHR
Set up your AmarHR account and complete your first steps to begin automating time tracking and payroll processes in under 5 minutes.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have:
- A valid company email address for account verification
- Access to your company's Wi-Fi network (for location-based attendance)
- Employee details ready: names, positions, and base salaries
- Admin privileges for initial setup
Create and Verify Your Admin Account
Sign up for AmarHR to get instant access to time tracking and payroll automation.
Sign Up
Visit https://amarhr.mn/#registerForm and fill out the registration form with your company details.
Select your plan (1 month free trial available).
Verify Email
Check your inbox for the verification email from AmarHR.
Click the verification link to activate your admin account.
Log In
Go to https://admin.amarhr.mn/login.
Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.
Configure Company Settings and Employees
Set up your organization and add your first employee profile.
Company Settings
Navigate to Company > Settings in the dashboard.
Enter your company name, address, Wi-Fi SSID for location tracking, and tax settings (including NDS and social insurance rates).
Add Employee
Go to Employees > Add New.
Fill in details: name, position, base salary, standard work hours, and contract start date.
Save the profile.
Enable flexible hours or shift patterns during company setup for accurate attendance calculations.
Record Your First Attendance Entry
Test attendance tracking via web or mobile app.
In the dashboard, select Attendance > Clock In.
Choose your location (Wi-Fi verified) and clock in.
Confirm with a note if needed.
Download the AmarHR employee app from your app store.
Log in with employee credentials.
Tap Clock In – uses GPS or Wi-Fi for verification.
Generate a Sample Salary Report
Automate payroll calculation based on your attendance data.
Run Payroll
Go to Payroll > Generate Report.
Select the pay period (e.g., current month).
Review auto-calculated overtime, deductions (NDS, social contributions), and net pay.
Export Report
Click Export Excel for ready-to-submit tax files.
Share the payslip breakdown with employees via the app.
